85% HCA Garcinia Cambogia....Have You Really Lost It?

I am sure you are all learning I am really a sucker for trying new products, yes even weight loss though I try to be careful with what of these types of products I use. This one has no fillers, no additives, and no stimulants which really caught my attention. I do not like weight loss products loaded with caffeine or other stimulants because they cause both jitters and many times with me nausea. This product is said to reduce body fat, suppress appetite, and safely raise Serotonin levels. This was also reassuring because I have used weight loss products in the past which did not make me feel good or happy at all but in fact made me very irritable and cranky. As you can figure with a product like that you are unlikely to use it long enough to find out if it works.

One of the first things I noticed about this product is the directions for taking it. You can take 2 capsules once a day or for maximum strength you can take 2 capsules twice a day. This decision is up to you. You just simply take 2 capsules 20-30 minutes before a meal with an 8 oz glass of water. That is simple enough! The hardest part is timing it before the meal.

When ready to begin taking this product I was relieved to see capsules and not a huge pill to try to swallow. Looking at the capsule I expected a horrible smell and taste but I soon learned there was neither. The little scent the bottle has is not bad at all and no where near what you would call a terrible smell. I assume this is because the product is a natural product and not loaded with tons of byproducts. Next, I put two capsules in my mouth dreading a horrible taste as I tried to quickly bring my water to my mouth. I was amazed there was little to no taste to these capsules. I did not have to try to break a record getting my water to down the horrid capsules that was about to make me gag! I was very pleased.

I have been taking this product once a day before breakfast. I can not say I have lost a ton of weight but I can say that I have lost a little. I have not changed my exercise routine but since the product does seem to help suppress my appetite I have been eating less junk food through out the day. This is about the only change I have really made so I have to say I think the product is pretty good. If someone wanted to use this and exercise I am sure you would see better results than I have.

 Overall I give this product a 4 out of 5 stars. I like the design and ingredients the product uses. I have saw some results while using the product though they are not as much as I would like they happened with little effort. Most of all this product does not make me feel bad, raise my blood pressure, or make me moody.
